Catherine Bixler, LPC

Elizabeth Willits, LPC

Elizabeth supports adults living with ADHD and chronic illnesses. Elizabeth utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help clients find their most authentic and meaningful path in life while learning to cope with difficult experiences- especially those uncontrollable aspects of life. She also adheres to HAES and Intuitive Eating models to support body acceptance and healthier relationships with food. Elizabeth has a BA in Psychology from Clemson University (2013) and a MS in Applied Clinical Psychology from University of South Carolina Aiken (2016). In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys scuba diving, listening to audiobooks, and fiber arts.

Briana Dishongh, LPC

Briana supports adolescents and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. Briana is dedicated to creating an open, safe, and non judgmental space where her clients can learn to utilize their strengths and adapt healthy coping skills to help live a more fulfilling life. Briana has a BS in Psychology from James Madison University (2013) and a M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from William and Mary (2015). In her spare time, Briana enjoys reading, listening to music, exploring Soda City, and spending time with her dog, Ginny. Briana is an independent contractor and member of ColaCalm’s Blooming Therapist Program.


Rachel Kelly, LPC, AADC

Rachel enjoys supporting adolescents and adults struggling with mood disorders, substance use concerns, trauma, and codependency. Rachel is passionate about helping people strengthen their sense of self by guiding them through identifying their values, creating acceptance around temporary emotional discomfort, and taking committed action towards personal fulfillment . Rachel has a BA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (2012) and a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University (2019). In her personal life, Rachel is a cat mom, music festival enthusiast, and Dungeons and Dragons player. Rachel is an independent contractor and member of ColaCalm’s Blooming Therapist Program.

Catherine "Cathy" supports clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, and relational problems. She provides a safe environment for exploration of distressing thought patterns, education on effective coping skills, and assists in the development of solutions for a more balanced lifestyle. Cathy likes to think of herself as that authentic and creative friend on the couch with you who also teaches you great boundary setting skills. Cathy has a B.S. in Psychology (2011) and an M.S. in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling (2019) from Walden University and has training in Gottman Therapy for Couples. In her personal time, Cathy is a devoted mother who enjoys escape rooms, axe throwing, and spending time with loved ones. Cathy is an independent contractor and member of ColaCalm’s Blooming Therapist Program.

blooming THERAPISTS opportunity

ColaCalm partners with the Columbia Counseling Collective to support therapists who are interested in private practice but not yet ready to run their own business.


Elizabeth hires therapists to work as independent contractors for ColaCalm with the opportunity to become a Columbia Counseling Collective member after one year.


Elizabeth offers mentorship and transparency into running a successful private practice. As co-founder of CCC, she is highly interested in helping therapists grow and bloom into their own independence.
